How our locations work

One device per customer everywhere

In every metro a plan is a modem, router or phone with its own SIM, assigned to one customer at a time. There are no shared pools in any city.

Carrier availability varies

Not every carrier is on the shelf in every city at every moment. Ask before ordering if a specific carrier is required; otherwise choose at checkout from what is in stock.

Free moves between cities

A plan can be moved from one metro to another from the dashboard at no cost, with the remaining time preserved.
