Mobile Proxy USA Terms of Service
Version dated October 10, 2026. These terms are a contract between you and Mobile Proxy USA. They apply from the moment you register an account at area.mobileproxyusa.com, add funds, or connect to a line we supply, whichever happens first. They are written in plain language because a customer who understands the rules is easier to serve. Where a term here contradicts something said in a chat, an email or a page elsewhere on this site, this page governs. Questions about any clause can be sent to [email protected] before you order.
1. Definitions
A line is the service unit we sell: a single SIM card from AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon installed in a single device we own, located in one of our US cities, together with the proxy credentials and the dashboard controls that let you use it. A plan is a line for a fixed period: hourly, daily, weekly or monthly. The dashboard is the account area at area.mobileproxyusa.com. The balance is prepaid money held in your account and spent on plans. You and the customer mean the person or company that holds the account. We and Mobile Proxy USA mean the operator of this service.
2. What a line is and is not
A line gives you exclusive use of one SIM in one device for the term of the plan. The device is a 4G or 5G USB modem, a cellular router or an Android handset, selected by you at checkout from what is in stock in the city you choose. No other customer's traffic passes through your SIM or your device during your plan. Access is by HTTP(S) and SOCKS5 with authentication, UDP is carried over SOCKS5, and a VLESS tunnel is offered on server-based lines. You may change the line's public address as often as you wish by link, API, dashboard, timer or by hand, and you may keep an address for as long as the carrier maintains the session. You may move the line to another of our cities from the dashboard at no charge, and the unused time moves with it.
The public IP addresses are assigned by the carrier, not by us. They are drawn from a regional pool, shared through carrier-grade NAT with the carrier's own subscribers, can be changed by the carrier without notice, may geolocate to a city other than the one the device is in, and may recur after a change. Throughput depends on radio conditions at the device and on the carrier's network. We undertake to supply the SIM, the device, the exclusivity and the controls described above. We make no undertaking about any particular address, any particular speed at any particular moment, the geolocation result of any third-party database, or the way any website or platform will respond to traffic from the line.
We do not supply phone numbers for verification, we do not operate an API or reseller programme, and we do not provide advice about any third-party platform's rules.
3. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. If you register on behalf of a company you confirm you are authorised to bind it. One person or company may hold one account unless we agree otherwise in writing. You are responsible for everything done with your dashboard login, your API key and your proxy credentials, and you must tell us at once if any of them may have been exposed so we can reissue them. We may require identity or payment verification before activating a plan or releasing a refund where a payment looks irregular.
4. Prices, payment and renewal
Current prices are shown at checkout and on the pricing page. At the date of this version, 4G lines are $5 per day, $28 per week and $65 per month; 5G lines are $6, $31 and $75; hourly tests are $2 for the first two hours on 4G and $3 on 5G, then the same amount per further hour, up to four hours in one purchase. Hourly plans never renew. We accept cards, PayPal, cryptocurrency including USDT TRC-20, BTC and ETH, and Zelle or wire transfer on request. Service is prepaid: a plan starts when its payment is received or deducted from your balance, and activation is immediate.
Daily, weekly and monthly plans can be set to renew automatically from your balance or your saved payment method. A renewal is attempted shortly before the current term ends so that the line continues without interruption. You can switch renewal off in the dashboard at any time before the attempt. A price change takes effect only for terms that begin after the change; a term already paid for is never repriced.
5. Non-payment
If a renewal or an invoice is not paid when it falls due, you have 24 hours from the due time to pay it. During those 24 hours the line continues to run. If payment has not arrived at the end of the 24 hours, the line is suspended: the proxy credentials stop working and the SIM and device are held for you, but not released to anyone else, for a further 24 hours. If payment arrives during the suspension the line is restored with the same device, SIM and credentials. If payment has not arrived 48 hours after the due time, the line is forfeited: the SIM and device are returned to stock, the credentials are retired, and any later purchase is a new line with no claim to the previous device, address history or city. Nothing in this clause creates a debt that we will pursue; it describes what happens to the line when it is not paid for.
6. Unlimited data and fair use
Every plan includes unlimited data. We do not meter, limit or slow a line because of how much it transfers, and we will never charge for data. The single exception is a line used as a bulk file-transfer or download pipe: continuous large transfers whose only purpose is to move files, such as mirroring, torrenting, bulk media downloading or backup traffic, which has nothing to do with proxy work and which monopolises the radio of a device shared with nobody else only because the carrier's cell is shared with everyone nearby. Proxy work of any volume, including scraping, account management, video playback, app testing and automation, is within fair use. If we believe a line is being used as a transfer pipe we will tell you by email and in the dashboard and ask you to stop; if it continues after notice we may end the plan under clause 10.
7. Acceptable use
You may use a line for any lawful purpose that does not harm us, the carrier or third parties. You may not use a line for anything listed below, and we may suspend or end a plan immediately if you do.
- Any activity that is illegal where you are, where we are, or where the target of the activity is
- Fraud, phishing, credential theft, payment fraud, or impersonation of a person or organisation
- Attacks on networks or systems, including denial of service, port scanning without authorisation, and malware distribution
- Spam of any kind: email, SMS, messaging platforms or comment systems
- Access to, or distribution of, child sexual abuse material or content that incites violence
- Reselling, sharing or sublicensing the line to a third party without our written agreement
- Any use that causes the carrier to act against the SIM or that brings abuse complaints to us
8. Service levels and support
We monitor every device continuously and replace or repair faulty hardware as quickly as the city allows. Human support is available 24 hours a day by email at [email protected] and through our Telegram bot. If a line is unusable because of a fault on our side, the time lost is credited to the plan or to your balance under the Refund Policy. Carrier outages, radio conditions, blocks applied by third-party websites and problems on your own network or software are outside our control and are not faults on our side, although support will help you diagnose them.
9. Refunds and credits
Refunds, credits for downtime and the handling of accidental renewals are governed by the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary: unused time is refunded as a prorated credit to your account balance; a refund to the original payment method is available on request within the first 24 hours of a plan; and downtime caused by us is credited in full.
10. Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time from the dashboard or by writing to support. Unused balance is handled under the Refund Policy. We may suspend a line immediately where clause 7 is breached, where a payment is reversed or disputed, or where the carrier acts against the SIM. We may end a plan after notice where clause 6 is breached. If we withdraw the service from a city or discontinue it altogether, we will move your line to another city or refund the unused time in full to your original payment method, at your choice.
11. Our liability
The service is provided as described in clause 2 and otherwise as is. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of accounts on third-party platforms, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use a line. Our total liability to you for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid for the plan concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Your responsibilities toward third parties
You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of every website, platform and application you reach through a line, and for any claim a third party brings against us because of your use. We will pass abuse complaints that identify your line to you and expect a prompt answer.
13. Content and intellectual property
The website, the dashboard, our software and our documentation belong to us. You receive a licence to use them to operate your lines and nothing more. Your own data, configurations and content remain yours.
14. Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in the dashboard and by email at least 14 days before they take effect, and continuing to use the service after that date is acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and disputes are heard in its courts, except that you may bring a claim in your own country where consumer law gives you that right. Contact for anything under these terms: [email protected].
Questions
What exactly happens if I miss a renewal?
You have 24 hours to pay with the line still running, then 24 hours of suspension with the line held for you, and at 48 hours the line is forfeited and returns to stock.
Is there any data limit at all?
No. The only rule is that a line must not be used purely as a bulk file-transfer pipe. Proxy work of any volume is fine.
Can several people in my company use one line?
Yes, within the line's connection limit, as long as the line is not resold or sublicensed to anyone outside your organisation.
Do you promise a particular IP or city in the lookup databases?
No. Addresses belong to the carrier and geolocation is set by third-party databases. We promise the SIM, the device, the exclusivity and the controls.
