Mobile Proxy USA Refund Policy
Version dated October 10, 2026. This policy is part of the Terms of Service and explains what money comes back to you, in what form, and when. The principle is simple: you pay for time on a line, and time you do not use is returned to you. The default form of return is a prorated credit to your account balance, which can be spent on any plan. Within the first 24 hours of a plan you may instead ask for the money to go back to the method you paid with. Requests go to [email protected] or through the Telegram bot and are handled by a person.
How the refund amount is worked out
A plan's price is divided by its length to give a price per day, or per hour for hourly plans. The refund is that rate multiplied by the whole days, or hours, remaining when the plan is cancelled. A monthly plan cancelled with twelve full days left is refunded twelve thirtieths of its price. A daily plan cancelled after a few hours is not refunded, because its unit is the day, unless the cancellation falls within the first 24 hours under the next section. Hourly plans are not refunded once started, since they are the test product and run at most four hours.
The first 24 hours
If you cancel a daily, weekly or monthly plan within 24 hours of its activation, we refund the full price. You may choose a credit to your balance, which is immediate, or a refund to your original payment method, which we send within three business days for cards and PayPal and within one business day for cryptocurrency, to the address the payment came from. Zelle and wire refunds are returned to the sending account and can take up to five business days. The 24-hour window is counted from activation, which is the moment the credentials became usable.
After the first 24 hours
Cancellations after the first 24 hours are refunded as a prorated credit to your account balance, calculated as described above. The credit never expires and can be spent on any line in any city. A balance credit can be converted to a payment-method refund only in the cases listed under exceptions below, or where we have withdrawn the service from a city or closed the service, in which case the unused time is refunded in full to your original payment method if you prefer that to a credit.
Downtime caused by us
If a line is unusable because of a fault in our hardware, our software or our network, every hour of the fault is credited to the plan as additional time or, if you prefer, to your balance at the plan's rate. Faults are confirmed from our monitoring and from your report; you do not need to prove the duration if our monitoring shows it. Carrier outages, poor radio conditions, blocks applied by third-party websites, and problems on your own connection or in your own software are not faults on our side and are not credited, although support will help you work through them and will move the line to another city at no charge if that resolves it.
Renewals you did not mean to make
If a plan renews automatically and you did not intend it to, tell us within 24 hours of the renewal and the renewal is refunded in full, to your balance or to your payment method as you choose, provided the line has carried no meaningful traffic since the renewal. If the line has been used after the renewal, the renewal is treated as a normal plan and refunded on a prorated basis from the time you cancel. You can switch automatic renewal off in the dashboard at any time.
What is not refunded
Plans ended by us for a breach of the acceptable use clause or the fair use clause of the Terms of Service. Time lost because a third-party website or platform blocked or restricted an address or an account. Hourly plans once started. Payment-method refunds for balance that was originally added through a referral payout or a goodwill credit. Fees charged by a payment provider or a bank on an outgoing refund, which are deducted from the amount returned.
How to request a refund
Write to [email protected] or message the Telegram bot from the account that holds the plan, naming the line and saying whether you want a balance credit or, if eligible, a payment-method refund. Balance credits are applied within a few hours. Payment-method refunds are sent within the timeframes above. If you think a decision is wrong, reply to the thread and ask for a second review; a different person looks at it and answers within two business days.
Questions
Where does the refund go?
To your account balance by default, as a prorated credit. Within the first 24 hours of a plan you may instead have it sent back to the method you paid with.
Is a platform ban on my account grounds for a refund?
No. We supply a working line on a carrier address; how a platform treats an account is outside what we control.
Do I get anything back for a carrier outage?
Not as a refund, because the fault is not ours, but support will move your line to another city free of charge if that restores service.
Can I test before committing?
Yes. The hourly plan is $2 for the first two hours on 4G and $3 on 5G, up to four hours, and never renews.
