Mobile Proxy USA Privacy Policy

Version dated October 10, 2026. This policy describes what Mobile Proxy USA records about you, what it does with those records and what it never does. The short form: we keep what is needed to run your account and your lines, we do not inspect or store the content of traffic that passes through a line, we do not sell or rent personal data to anyone, and the public website carries no third-party trackers. The long form follows, organised by the question a reader is most likely to have. Requests about your data go to [email protected].

Who is responsible

Mobile Proxy USA, operator of mobileproxyusa.com and area.mobileproxyusa.com, is the controller of the personal data described here. It can be reached at [email protected] for any question or request under this policy.

What we collect when you register

An email address and a password hash, the date and time of registration, and the IP address and browser details of the registration request. If you enable two-factor authentication, the secret needed to verify your codes. If you contact support, the messages you send and our replies, including your Telegram username if you use the bot. We do not ask for a name, a postal address or a phone number to open an account, although a payment provider may collect them under its own policy.

What we collect when you pay

The amount, currency, method, date and a transaction reference for every payment, and the balance history of your account. Card and PayPal payments are processed by the respective provider; we see the result and the last digits of the instrument, never the full card number. Cryptocurrency payments record the receiving address, the transaction hash and the amount. Zelle and wire payments record the reference you give us and the sender name as it appears on the transfer. Payment records are kept for the period required by tax and accounting law.

What we collect when you use a line

For each line we record the plan, the city, the carrier, the device, the credentials issued and when they were issued, each address change and the public address held at that time, the time of each connection to the proxy and the IP address it came from, and counters of bytes transferred. These records exist so that we can bill, diagnose faults, respond to abuse complaints that cite an address and a time, and prove to a carrier which traffic was ours.

We do not record the destinations you connect to, the contents of requests or responses, DNS queries, or anything that would let us reconstruct what you did through the line. The proxy software forwards traffic; it does not log it. Connection metadata is kept for 90 days and then deleted unless a specific record is needed for an open abuse complaint or a legal process.

What we collect on the website

Standard web server logs: the requested page, the time, the IP address and the browser's user agent, kept for 30 days for security and capacity purposes. The public site uses no analytics scripts, no advertising pixels and no social media embeds. The dashboard sets a session cookie needed for login and a preference cookie for language; neither is used for tracking. Our referral programme records which account referred which, so that the referring account can be paid its share of referred orders, and nothing more about the referred person.

Who else sees your data

Payment providers, to process payments. Our hosting and email providers, who store data on our behalf under contract. The carriers, who see the SIM's traffic as they would any subscriber's, and to whom we may identify a line when responding to a network abuse report. Law enforcement or a court, where a valid legal demand under the law applicable to us requires it; we notify the account holder when we are allowed to. No one else. We do not sell, rent, trade or share personal data for marketing.

Your rights

You can see and change your email address and settings in the dashboard. You can ask us for a copy of everything we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Deletion removes your account records and line history within 30 days, except payment records that accounting law requires us to keep and any record needed for an unresolved complaint. Residents of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, California and other jurisdictions with data protection law have the rights those laws give, and we honour them for everyone regardless of location. Write to [email protected]; we answer within 30 days.

Security and changes

Passwords are stored hashed, dashboard and proxy connections are encrypted where the protocol allows, access to production systems is limited to staff who need it, and hardware sits in locked facilities. If a breach affects your data we will tell you promptly. This policy may be updated; the version date at the top changes when it is, and material changes are announced in the dashboard.

Questions

Do you log the sites I visit through my line?

No. We record connection times, source addresses and byte counts for 90 days, never destinations or content.

Is there a tracking script on the website?

No. The public site has no analytics, pixels or social embeds. The dashboard uses only a login session cookie and a language preference.

How do I delete my account?

From the dashboard or by email to [email protected]. Records are removed within 30 days apart from what accounting law requires us to keep.

Will you tell me if the police ask about my line?

Yes, whenever the law allows us to.
